In one line. The Sound Renew apps keep a few settings on your phone and send nothing to us. This page explains exactly what, in plain language. The formal version is the Privacy Policy.

What we know about you

Through the apps, nothing. There are no accounts, so we do not know your name or email address. There is no analytics or advertising software, so we do not know how you use the app. Who you treat, which treatments you open and for how long never leave your device.

Your phone's own backup (iCloud, iTunes or Google backup) may include this information. That is controlled by Apple or Google and your device settings.

Permissions

The apps do not ask for access to your microphone, camera, location, contacts, calendar or photos. On Android, the system adds the network permissions that Google Play Billing and the in-app review prompt need; the app's own code does not use the network to send data to us.

Store privacy labels

We tell Apple and Google that the Sound Renew apps do not collect data. On the App Store this appears as "Data Not Collected", and on Google Play, in the Data safety section, as no data collected and no data shared.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app removes its settings from your device. Cancel any subscription separately in your store account; see Subscriptions and Billing. If you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, see Your Privacy Choices.

Animals and health information

The apps do not record information about your animals, your health, or your treatments. Choosing a treatment does not create a health record anywhere.

This website

The website is separate from the apps. It stores one cookie with your cookie choices, and with your permission only, uses analytics cookies. See the Cookie Policy.

Security

The best protection for information is not to collect it, and the apps do not. This website is served over HTTPS with strict security headers.
