I cannot hear the treatment sound
If you cannot hear the treatment sound, make sure the volume is set to full intensity on the body step. Then check that your headphones or speaker are connected and chosen as the audio output. At the ear, keep the volume comfortable, never painfully loud.
The treatment stopped
A treatment stops when you leave the app or lock the phone. Return to the app and touch Start to continue. To keep a step playing until you press Stop, turn on Continuous treatment in Settings.
A purchase is waiting for approval
If the app says your purchase is waiting for approval, the store is holding it, for example for a family organizer to approve. It unlocks automatically once approved.
Subscriptions are not available
If the app says subscriptions are not available right now, try again later. You need an internet connection to buy or restore a plan, and the store must be able to reach your account. Treatments themselves do not need a connection.
My plan did not come back on a new phone
- Sign in to the same Apple or Google account you used to buy.
- In Sound Renew open Settings, then Plans, and touch Restore Purchases.
- If the app says there is nothing to restore, it means you already have all the treatments available to you.
Separate iTherapySC Dog and iTherapySC Horse subscriptions cannot be moved to Sound Renew. Choose a Dog, Horse or All 3 modes plan instead. Details.
I was charged and want to cancel or get a refund
Apple and Google handle billing, so cancel or request a refund with the store you bought from. Step by step.
